We will participate in the 2016 Eagle Festival at Mason Neck State Park on Saturday, April 23 from 10am to 4pm. This free event features all sorts of fun activities for nature lovers and children, such as guided hikes, wildlife shows, live music, pony rides and much more. Food and drinks will be available from the Lions Club.

Potomac River Bald Eagles will exhibit our new booth that features photography of local eagles and other wildlife, bald eagle facts, our initiatives, and the organizations we support. We hope you’ll stop by and say hi!

Friends of Mason Neck State Park This event is hosted by Friends of Mason Neck State Park, a nonprofit organization dedicated to conserving and enhancing the park’s natural, educational, and recreational resources.

Things to Bring:
  • Jacket/Hat (It was cool at last year’s event.)
  • Binoculars or Camera
  • Bottled Water (No glass or alcohol.)
